Rockstar says
GTASA Rockstar interview with Tony DonovanThe CEO of Rockstar, Tony Donovan, was interviewed by EGM Magazine about some of the myths in San Andreas.

Of course, coming from the mouth of the Rockstar CEO, it should be true, unless they actually have decided to really keep such things a secret. Still, this is a very short interview, where the interviewer obviously isn't aware of the amount of references to The Epsilon Cult in the game, and it therefore never gives answers to questions like

  - Does the cane mean anything, why is there so many canes, and why is it placed in the same slot as the gifts?"
  - A cult member speaks on the radio about an art exhibition in San Fierro, does it excist in the game?
  - Are there any secret rooms, like the easter egg room in GTA Vice City? *

...and many more questions. I guess we just have to find out for ourselves.

* You can enter the easter egg room in Vice City, by jumping into a window high above ground, from a neighbouring roof top. The window looks just like any other solid window, and it's amazing someone actually managed to find out about this secret window.

Secret rooms like this has stil not been revealed in San Andreas, but it's reasonable to believe that something like this could and should also excist in San Andreas.

There are several buildings in San Andreas enterable through non-solid walls, but non of the enterable rooms or buildings contain anything special, most of them doesn't even have graphics on the inside of the buildings.
