The Mount Chiliad ghost car

If you approach the biketrack at Mount Chiliad from east, you will sometimes be able to observe a vehicle running nice and smoothly down the track.
This is not really a "ghost car", as it is a random vehicle driven by a random character, often with passengers.
This will work even with the jetpack-cheat, but you need to be quick to spot it. It acts like just any other vehicle, and is already running when you approach, as if it was coming from somewhere - but as it works in the game, vehicles and characters just spawns within a certain range of you, so they don't actually come from anywhere.
If you stop the vehicle, the driver and passangers will act just like any other characters.
The question is, if you get the right car - the red truck with a dent on the right fender - will you be able to join in as a passanger, to speak with the driver, or just follow it to some special destination? I haven't tried to follow this car yet, I'll leave that up to you, to follow it and see where it goes :-)
When I tried it nothing special happened, it just drove normally, but in a video on youtube, the car suddenly takes off and fly away!
